A very good investment for busy people
My first impression on the Voyager Legend was that it was probably overpriced. After all what could this product offer that I couldn't already do with my (very) old Motorola H350? The more I looked into it however, the more I discovered that the reasons I didn't use my "old standby" included things that the Legend (and newer Bluetooth headsets) had actually improved upon. Things like comfort, ease of use and sound quality at both ends. In the end I decided to go "whole hog" and go for the UC B235 product that packages the headset with a charging case, a desktop charger, and a USB dongle to enable easier system integration with desktop-based communications software. Although I didn't have much use for the latter, the package price made acquisition of the other bits worth it. As far as the Legend itself, I find it comfortable to wear for long periods (3-4 hours at a stint) during which I literally forget that I am wearing it. I was initially concerned about this because I wear glasses, but I have found that once I learned how to fit the Legend over my ear with my glasses in place, it is now a snap. The sound quality at my end is great; there is no distortion or any of the "robotic" effect that some have reported. I cannot speak for the quality at the other end except to say that I have yet to hear from anyone that they have any problem(s) hearing my voice clearly. (I can say that previewing voicemails left by me for others sound clear with no artifacts whatsoever). To be honest, my only reservation in recommending the Legend is that the headset does feel a bit fragile when manipulating or repositioning it. Don't get me wrong, it has clearly been well-engineered, but I have this nightmare about accidentally stepping on it and..., well, that would be the end of that. But these fears may be more a function of how much I paid for the device than its inherent durability. I guess we'll see... So far, I am very happy with this purchase and feel it was well worth the cost. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality Bluetooth headset.

Better then expected
Great product. 5 stars for the item and 3 stars for the tech writer who wrote the description. Works flawlessly. Pairs with my iPhone 6 and via Bluetooth with my laptop. At the same time. It will also pair with my laptop via the included dongle. I am beginning to use Camtasia and mic would only work with this program by using the dongle. Works on the left or right ear. Comes with the awesome carry case. The carry case has a built in battery pack which will provide 2 extra charges to the headset. The carry case is charged with the same power cord as all other included items. Comes with a desktop charger stand, ac adapter, and power cord. Comes with this small charger adapter smaller then a thimble that magnetically attaches onto the headset and will accept the power cord. You can charge from a USB port or from a ac adapter. Works great with Dragon Speak. Comes with some extra ear bud sizes to fit different size ears. Audio quality not great for music but that is not it's intended use. Bottom line. I was not too sure if I would get all I wanted when I purchased this item and then was pleasantly surprised when it arrived! Purchased July of 2015.

Best Bluetooth Headset I have owned!
This is the second Plantronics Voyager Legend headset I have owned. The first was the base model which worked perfectly with my Samsung phones but while it would pair with my computer, it's quality and performance were spotty at best. This Version has the Unified Connection and is optimized for working with Microsoft Lync/Skype. This is perfect for my application as I use the headset with my phone and with my computer while doing conference calls for work. The headset comes with a carrying case that you can use to charge the headset, a wall adapter for charging, the charging cable, a charging stand which is very nice, probably my favorite accessory so far. There is a usb connector to integrate the headset with your computer and finally it comes with additional ear buds (small and large) to customize the fit of the device to your ear. Call quality is excellent and the noise reduction features are superb. I have used the headset out side in the wind, in crowded areas and around many annoying external noise sources like traffic and lawn mowers and there is little bleed through on my calls. The headset fully charged will last you about six hours. The only minor issues I have with the headset is I wish it did not require the usb adapter to fully integrate with my laptop, I hate loosing one of my USB ports. Second the headset will only pair with two devices at a time. It would be perfect for me if it would pair with 3. Overall I highly recommend this headset if you want something you can use both with your phone and your laptop.

Great Headset with Great Features
This is an excellent product. I'm in consulting, I use Microsoft Lync for business calls and conference calls when I'm at my office or at home, and I use an iPhone 5s when I'm on the road. This headset connects flawlessly to both PC and iPhone wherever I am, and the voice quality is great, even on my home WiFi. I like the 'switch' for on/off (vs. the soft toggle) so I know if it's on or off at a glance. The Smart Sensor works fine so far (big improvement over the Voyager Pro HD!) with my iPhone. There are 4 separate control buttons/switches on the headset, so you don't need to remember crazy combinations of what to push for mute and other features. The package I bought has a hard case that's also a charger, and all the parts all snap in magnetically so it all has a good 'feel' to it, and it's easy to deal with when you're moving from place to place, putting things away and getting set up in a new spot. Updates and configuration are easy through the online Plantronics updater. One key piece of advice: SAVE the micro USB adapter cable! It's not marked 'Plantronics', so tie a yellow ribbon around it, because when you want to update the headset you'll need the cable from Plantronics that comes with the unit. I've tried to update with other micro-USB cables with mixed results. Net: Well worth the $$$.

Disappointment has a name.
I was so excited to receive this headset in the mail. Reviews were great, so many nice accessories, I knew this would be the one to replace my falling apart Jabra Motion. It arrived and I was ready to get it charged up and ready to go. The voice commands are great, the earpiece is nice. Too good to be true. The moment that I decided to test it out on call, was told that I sounded choppy, I got a sick feeling in my stomach. I had already fell in love with this headset, only to realize that the person on the other end heard me cutting in and out continually in a matter of three minutes. I could hear them cutting in and out as well. Maybe it's just the person's connection I thought. I did a test for myself, I was cutting in and out so badly I wouldn't have been able to hold a conversation for very long. I tried every different way I could think of to possibly call someone using Skype and cellphone combinations, still to no avail, I was getting the same problem. Restarting, moving to different USB ports for the dongle, disconnecting, reconnecting. Trying to do everything to get this headset to work. Unfortunately it did not work. Sadden by this loss, I opted for a return. I had put so much energy into wanting to get this one to work, that trying it with the high possibility of failure again, I did not want to go through one more time.

Comfortable & convenient
I've had this headset for five months now, and I couldn't be happier with it. It's my first wireless headset, so I can only compare it to wired headsets, but I've been using it almost every day for the past 5 months and have never once regretted my choice. My favorite aspects: - Very comfortable. My ears are really sensitive -- even wearing certain earbuds too long will start to make them sore -- but this is light and comfortable enough that I can wear it for hours without issues. - Clear audio quality. I've never had anyone complain that they can't hear me -- and the audio coming is also very good. - Very convenient for travel. The travel case is very sturdy and holds a charge for a long time. It charges with a regular USB cord, so I can just bring one cord for both my phone and the case -- reduces the number of chargers you need to pack. - Unobtrusive. As a woman, you can't even tell I'm wearing it if I have my hair down. Only qualms: - Delay on the mute. If you're on mute on a conference call and need to quickly unmute yourself to answer a question, there is a lag between when you hit the mute button and when other people can actually hear you. - Physically, the volume button and the power button feel similar. You need to memorize which one is which, so you don't accidentally turn the headset off when you want to adjust the volume. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy. - Not a huge range when you're connected via USB to the PC. I live in a two-story home with my office on the second floor. I can go down to the base of the stairs and still have a clear connection, but if I start wandering around downstairs, then the connection gets weak.

Only the headset!
This listing is only the Headset and chargers, there is no wireless keyboard or mouse as half the pictures indicate. The main image would have you believe that you are buying a wireless set that includes the headset, keyboard and mouse, there are even a few stand alone pictures of just the keyboard and mouse to further confuse what you are buying. Don't be fooled, you are not getting a keyboard or mouse. The headset is good so far and was exactly what I needed in a headset. It can be used either through bluetooth or the usb dongle. The talk time is good, I put it on the charger during breaks and haven't had any issues in the first week of use. It comes with several different ways to charge the headset which is nice for flexibility. The sounds is clear, though a little tin-y once in awhile. The controls are easy to use once you know where they are. I would recommend the headset but I'm still upset that the images are false advertising as I thought I was buying a wireless keyboard and mouse with this headset and now I have to buy more equipment.

Best Bluetooth headset and this package deal is fantastic
Been using this for about a year now, great headset. This package deal was fantastic, two chargers, one is a portable carrying case with a built in battery to charge the headset. I get about three good charges in the case before I need to recharge the case. This is the coolest ever, and I do use it a lot. I keep the little case in my car, on the way home I pop it in the case and usually by the time I'm home it is charged, same thing with on the way to work if I forget to charge the headset. Quality is great, audio is nice and clear. I also use it to listen to music from my phone in one ear at work. I got one for the wife too, she likes to listen to music in one ear and have one ear open. This works because the headset changes your stereo audio to mono in the one ear, so you do not miss anything. It actually works fairly well. No complaints.
