The basket of this frying, is badly designed, lve had a frying before & never had a problem with the handle.This fryer the handle kept coming adrift, so when you shake the basket, well I'll let you guess what happensNot impressed & returned

Prefect size for what it neeeded for, heats up quick would recommend specially for the price

The part of the lid that is supposed to fit in between the two elements, is too large. Rather than return it, I have had to bend the metal upwards so the rest of the lid closes. Hence the drop of one star

The design of the basket and the way the handle connects is so poor that, on first use, while tipping out the fried goods, it came loose from the handle, landed in the fryer and splashed hot fat across the kitchen. Checked and we'd definitely assembled it correctly.Seriously dangerous in use.

Daewoo should stick to cars!!! Worst piece of kitchen equipment I have ever used!!
