ZOOT SPORTS Women's Performance Tri 6-Inch Short

I like these shorts overall... they are a bit snug in the thigh, but I have pretty muscular thighs from a lot of biking and weight lifting, so if that's you too, get a size up. If you've got a "normal" thigh, you'll probably be fine. The side pockets on each hip are AWESOME. In fact, my iPhone fits in them in the case and I am not at all worried it'll fall out. The seam that crosses the butt cheek chafed a bit on my last ride (30 miles). I'm not sure if a little Glide (anti-chafing product) will take care of that or if it'll persist, but it was cause for a bit of concern and also why I didn't rate these at 5 stars.

They always say don't try anything new on race day, but this was a necessary exception. They got me through a 1/2 Ironman just fine. Gave it 4 instead of 5 because the padding is pretty much non-existent. It is nothing more that a piece of felt. Really.I really like the leg bands on these. I have 2 pair of TYR tri shorts that make the inside of my thighs look like they have rubber bands around them :/ not flattering at all. The way these are made, prevent that. I'm 5'7 140lbs and got the size Med.Overall happy :)

I bought these shorts at the advice of my coworker (a triathlete/ iron woman) because I did not want to run in a. A thing suit for my first triathlon. These shirts were great!! They looked small when I took them out of the package but they fit perfectly. They have convenient sleek pockets in the side where I put my gummy snacks during the race. They have a very light padding that is more like fleece than like a bike pad that was both comfortable during the bike ride and not prohibitive during the run. They dried quickly and did not ride up at all during the run or bike. They felt great during the swim as well with no drag or adjustments needed.Overall, I highly recommended these shorts!!

I had to return these unfortunatly because the thigh band was too tight. I have the exact pair but in a large. Recently lost weight and the large fits somewhat loose so not great for swimming. Only complaints that I would have is tight thigh bands and pad to bulky(stays wet even after a long bike ride). Recently bought a Pearl Izumi suit and love it. The band does not have that elastic weave and the pad is a thin foam. Hope this helps

I love these tri shorts. They have the perfect amount of padding - not too much, not too little. I also really like the larger "leg grippers" - they're a lot more forgiving than the really tight skinny ones you'll find in other shorts. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is because the color faded quickly and the words peeled off (have never put them in the dryer). But as far as fit and function they're great.

The fabric bunched a bit in the front for me, and I would prefer a little bit more cushion for longer triathlons. These shorts are ideal for shorter triathlons. They are light enough to feel comfortable for running, but they are certainly not flattering (not that any tri shorts are, but these even less so for me)!

These shorts fit well, leg grippers are comfortable and don't ride or roll up. They dry fast. Only issue was after first wear there was a tiny hole in the upper inside leg area, however I wore them for two more triathlons after that and the hole didn't get any bigger and since it's in a totally un noticable place I will keep them.

I like how the legs fit...not too tight and not squeezing you in like a sausage. The waist fit is good too...not too tight and goes up higher in the back. I do not like the chamois...the material is more like a fleece and it just rubs the wrong way compared to other tri shorts I've owned
