'Harbinger 5'' Foam Core Women's Lifting Belt'

Love the belt. It actually makes me brace my core even more for heavier back squats. It's like a reminder to brace your core. Makes me feel stable and the tighness I had in my lower left back was not there after I did my reps. I can squat about 70lbs. Without the belt. BUT with it I was able to squat about 110 lbs. I'm so happy I was able to do it without tightness or pain in my lower left back. I ordered a small my waist is 28/29. I wear a women's 6, 7 juniors.

I just got this and I love it. I never write reviews but felt I should. I'm really small and I've been looking for a lifting belt for a long time but they never fit right. I'm 5'1" and 90lbs and short waisted on top of it. This is so light, soft, comfy and supportive. I could instantly feel the difference and was able to increase my weight on squats and deadlifts! And on top of that it's cute :) I was worried because it's not very expensive but it seems to be great quality to me. Love it!

It has fit my Crossfit needs very well. I have done Crossfit for about a year and about 8 months ago my lower back got injured from doing cleans, it took me two months to recover. I have been wearing a back support brace since then but it was very uncomfortable not to mention the look of it. I have felt amazed once I switched to this belt, it adjusts to my waistline pretty smooth, it doesn't bother you like the leather ones, you barely feel you have it on. It is easy to accommodate, you can use it during your WODs, from wearing it tight while doing deadlifts to having it looser while switching to burpees with no time wasted. It runs true to size, I have a small waistline and the size small fit very well, it has got compliments at my box from the other ladies. And don't forget the stylish look, that's always a plus.

I am not really used to the lifting belts but I would have liked a some kind of shape on the sides, slightly curved because I felt it too wide on my side of my waist also felt the material a bit too thick. It was also a bit small on me. I got the XS, my waist is 24 1/2 inches, I am 5'4" 119lbs. I think the small size would have fit better. The quality seemed good, the material was good. I returned it because it was too small and felt uncomfortable on the sides. But I would recommend it if you are looking for something not expensive and good quality and if you are used to using lifting belts.

OMG within weeks of using this belt I have increased my PR on all my lifts. My deadlift has increased more than 40 lbs as I feel more secure and can push my stomach against the belt. It is extremely comfortable but even more important for me is that I can release it quickly after my lifts. I have even used it in competition already and PR'd my snatch with it. For the price it is an awesome buy!!!! I have friends that have spend more than double the cost of what I spent and the support is very similar to this belt. Work great for crossfit :)

This belt is also sold on the Rogue site as well. I borrowed someone else's in the gym and fell in love with this light weight but supportive belt. It doesn't pinch or fit awkward like the traditional leather belts. Not bulky at all. It fits as snug as you want to wear it and easy to loosen when you are in between reps...you don't need to "buckle" like a belt because it's velcro. Great core stability. All the ladies at my CrossFit gym love this belt and even some of the guys are using them now too. I use mine four to five days per week.

I only use it for working in the yard; shoveling, raking, lifting, etc. I can tell a HUGE difference between doing work with it and without it. My back feels 10 times better when I'm working on our acreage and wearing it, vs working on the acreage and not wearing it. My daughter trains horses and barrel races them. 10 hours on horses getting jolted around can really make your back hurt. She was going to the chiropractor several times a week. The belt really helps take the strain off of her back. Hence, she only goes to the chiropractor a couple of times a month now. It's made a HUGE difference for her. It's great to use when doing yard work, shoveling, raking, riding on the mower, or doing anything that strains your back. My daughter loves it.

Camille wears this belt. 'nuff said! j/k This is nice and sturdy but also comfortable and light weight (no pun intended). It really is a great value. I was on the fence about spending money on a belt, as I don't lift heavy very often. But it is totally worth the money to protect my back by helping me focus on keeping abs tight and back straight. I also like the pink color, so I don't lose it among a million black weight belts at the gym. Kind of like having a pink suitcase to immediately tell the difference from all the black suitcases :)

Fantastic quality weightlifting belt. I’ve had this for 5 years and it’s still like new. It provides support but with a bit of flexibility (unlike a a leather belt). It can be adjusted quickly so you can wear for OLY lifting, squats or even in a WOD!

Se lo regalé a mi chica y la moza pega unos buenos squats, rompiendo la paralela y cargando bien la barra. Como está mandado. Ahora en serio, cumple su función bien cumplida y el toquecito rosa, suele gustar.

Buen cinturón, brinca soporte para las lumbares adecuados cuando cargas pesos mayores. Es pequeño y se adapta bien al cuerpo de una mujer petite. Si buscas algo para power lifting, este no es el indicado, pero para gym y de vez en cuando te va a funcionar muy bien.
